摘要
针对横置螺旋簧隔振器的大位移小形变问题,在Mottershead线性螺旋杆单元和牛顿-拉斐逊带动坐标迭代法的基础上,计算拟合了隔振器位移与载荷的关系式.结果表明,隔振器主工作方向上刚度是受压时变软受拉时变硬明确了二次非线性的存在.
The deformation of the laterally-set helical spring isolator is studied,characterized by large displacement with small stain.Based on the Mottershead's linear helical rod clement and the Newton-Raphson iteration with changing local coordinates, the relations arc deduced between displacements and forces on the isolator.The result shows there exists a quadratic term on the stiffness of the main direction of the isolator,i.e.,the stiffness gets softer when compressed and stiffer when pulled.And the results are compared with those from calculation with straight beam elements and those of experiments.
