摘要
通过酶种类的选择试验,确定了纤维素酶是提取苦丁茶中熊果酸的一种有效酶,并且通过单因素试验和正交试验进一步确定了酶提取工艺的最佳参数:酶解温度50℃,酶解液初始pH值5.2,酶解时间2.5 h。酶量6 mg/g。熊果酸提取率达1.26%.
The experiments which used different species of enzymes showed that cellulase was an effective enzyme to extract Ursolid Acid in Ilex kudingcha. C.J Tseng. by means of single factor and orthogonal experiments, the optimum parameters of enzymatic extraction technology was determined as follow: enzymatic hydrolysis temperature is 50℃, pH of enzyme solution is 5.2, enzymatic hydrolysis time is 2.5 h and the amount of enzyme is 6 mg/g. in this condition, the extraction rate of Ursolid Acid is 1.26%.
