试析天使投资与我国中小企业的融资与发展

Analyzing of Angel Investment and the Financing and Development of SMEs

与发达国家相比,天使投资在中国尚处于萌阶段。当前,中小企业的融资问题已经严重限制了它的发展。通过对中小企业融资需求的分析,揭示了中小企业所面临的融资困境,从"天使"、中小企业和政府等三个方面论述了促进我国的天使投资发展的思路。

Compared to that of developed countries , angel investment of our country is still at the starting stage. At present, the financing of SMEs has seriously restricted its development. Analyzing financing demand of SMEs, this paper reveals the plight of SMEs financing, elaborates the mentality of angel investment development in our country from the aspect of ＂angel＂, SMEs and government.
