摘要
利用有限元软件接触分析功能,采用合理的有限元模型解决了一面对多面的接触难题,较好的拟合了由静摩擦力引起的柱形弹性套胀紧联接装置的胀紧力,通过理论分析,得出其最大传动扭矩。结果表明,与实验情况相符,为解决此类问题提供依据。
By using contact analysis function of finite element software, the difficult contact problem of one-sided to many was resolved with proper finite element model and the maximum transmission torque of cylindrical elasticity sleeve expansion-joints was obtained through theory analysis. The result is consistent with the experiment situation.
