摘要
《学生体质健康标准(试行方案)》是促进学生体质健康发展、激励学生积极进行身体锻炼的教育手段,是学生体质健康的个体评价标准。作者通过查阅大量的文献资料,对《标准》进行分析后发现现行的《标准》存在一些问题,如:《学生体质健康标准(试行方案)》的取名过大而实际测试内容少、《标准》的实施办法与《高等教育法》相冲突、奖励与降低分数办法不合理、身高标准体重反映身体成份不全面、肺活量的测试只能反映学生的静态心肺功能、选测项目的可替换性不高、台阶试验反映心血管功能受到质疑等。建议有关部门对《标准》进行修改,体育教师和学生应从根本上认识体质的重要性,采取相应措施以提高学生的体质。
"The Health Standard of Students’ Constitution" (the scheme on trial) (shortened as "the Standard" in the following) is an educational means to boost students’ physical health development and stimulate students to take exercises actively,and it is also an evaluating criterion for individual student’s physical health.After a substantial literature review and an analysis of "the Standard",the authors of this paper have discovered some problems for "the Standard".First of all,the name or title of "the Standard" seems oversized while the actual test contents are quite limited;Secondly,the implementation measures of "the Standard" conflict with "the Law of Higher Education",with unreasonable means of reward and reduction of grades;Thirdly,the height and weight standards cannot reflect students’ constitution comprehensively,the vital capacity test can only reflect students’ static heart and lung function;Finally,most of the selective test items may not be very replaceable,and there are doubts whether step tests can reflect cardiovascular functions.It is therefore suggested that "the Standard" should be revised and PE teachers and students should understand the fundamental importance of physical health so as to take corresponding measures to enhance students constitution.
