摘要
我国是一个竹资源十分丰富的国家,竹产品应用空间很大,例如竹胶合板就有广阔的发展前景。竹席编织作为竹胶合板生产过程中的一道主要工序,通常采用"压二挑二"的方法进行编织。为了顺利进行编织,在竹席编织过程中综合应用间歇运动机构、链传动、凸轮机构和曲柄摇杆机构,作为竹席编织过程的中顶篾机构、压篾机构、打紧机构和送篾机构,本文主要的研究内容是用计算机仿真竹席编织机的运动过程,通过动态演示发现问题进行改进,找到机构运动协调的最佳规律。
China is a country which is rich in bamboo resources,the space for bamboo product application is very large,for example,the bamboo plywood has the vast development prospect.The bamboo mat weaving is a main working procedure in the production of bamboo plywood,which generally adopts the way of "Picking-Two and Pressing-Two",it has the feature of compact construction and convenience for weaving.In order to weave successfully,the intermittent mechanism,chain gearing,cam drive and crank mechanism are used for propping up bamboo piece mechanism,pressing bamboo piece mechanism,tightening mechanism and transporting bamboo piece mechanism.The simulation of the movement of the bamboo mat braiding machine was carried out by computer,and the problems about kinematics performance were found and improved,so that the best harmonious orderliness for the mechanism and the whole machine was found.
