摘要
比较研究了145℃条件下,水解4、6、8、12h与常规110℃、水解24h(GB/T18246-2000)对6种水产饲料中赖氨酸含量测定的影响。结果表明,样品采用145℃,水解8h与常规110℃、水解24h测定的赖氨酸含量是一致.赖氨酸的回收率和精密度的实验表明,其回收率达到96.91%,变异系数最高为0.78%.可见,145℃,水解8h是一种简便、快速、稳定、准确、高效、低成本水产饲料中赖氨酸测定的前处理方法.
This experiment was conducted to compare the lysine contents of 6 aquatic feed treated either by 4h ,6h, 8h and 12h hydrolysis at 145℃ and by 24h hydrolysis at 110℃ (GB/T18246-2000). The results showed that the lysine contents determined by 8h hydrolysis at 145℃ was the same as that from conventional method (GB/T18246- 2000). The new method obtained a recovery rate of 96.91% with the highest repeatable CV(0. 78% ). It shows that 8h hydrolysis is a simple, rapid, stable, exact, high-efficient and low-cost method for lysine determination for aquatic feed.
