摘要
从原始菌克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella)出发,经过微波与NTG复合诱变后,筛选、初筛分离得高产异淀粉酶的菌株NCP-03,酶活力由原来的28U/mL提高到210U/mL,比原始菌种产酶活力提高了近7倍。并对NCP-03发酵产酶条件进行了初步优化。
In this paper microwave and NTG were used together to mutagenize original bacteria-Klebsiella. After screening, a high-yield isoamylase strain called NCP-03 is obtained. The activity of enzyme produced by the mutant strain is increased from 28U/mL to 210U/mL, which means the activity is increased by almost 7 times. And NCP-03 the condition of fermentation for anzyme-producing was investigated primarily
