摘要
目的了解我院大肠埃希菌(ECO)的Ⅰ类整合子遗传标记qacE△1-sull基因存在状况。方法对临床分离的34株ECO菌,采用PCR方法检测Ⅰ类整合子遗传标记qacE△1-sull基因。结果34株ECO菌qacE△1-sull基因阳性有28株(82.4%)。结论本组34株ECO菌药敏实验显示,β-内酰胺酶和氨基糖苷类抗生素耐药性高与Ⅰ类整合子遗传标记qacE△1-sull基因高检出率有关。
Objective To investigate the class 1 integron genetic marker (qacE△1-sull gene) of Escherichia.coli in our hospital. Methods Thirty-four strains of Escherichia.coli were isolated from hospitalized patients, and the class 1 integron genetic marker(qacE△1-sull gene) were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction. Results Among Thirty-four strains of Escherichia.coli, The qacE△1-sull gene expression was detected in twenty-eight strains (82.4%). Conclusions The antimicrobial susceptibility test performed in thirty-four strains of Escherichia.coli indicated that, the high resistance of β-lactam antibiotics and aminoglycoside antibiotics was concerned with the high isolating rate of class l integron genetic marker qacE△1-sull gene.
