摘要
针对油分散状态常规测定方法的弊病,提出了一种新的测试方法。利用不同孔径的定量、定性滤纸和微孔滤膜对某油田采出水依次进行抽滤,采用紫外分光光度法在λmax=226nm处测定经石油醚充分萃取并过滤后水样的吸光度,根据所测吸光度计算出相应粒径范围的油珠质量分数。采用该法测得某油田采出水中浮油、分散油、乳化油、溶解油的比例分别为41.38%、41.72%、6.90%、10.00%,与红外光度法测定结果的相对误差<5%。该方法简便、快速、准确、成本低廉,从而为选择油田采出水的处理工艺和评价处理效果提供依据。
A new testing method of oil dispersion state was put forward for disadvantages of conventional methods. Suction filtration of produced water from an oilfield was performed by quantitative and qualitative filter paper and microporous filter membrane with different pore size, and the absorbency of fil- tered water sample fully extracted with petroleum ether was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at λmax = 226 nm. According to the determined absorbency, oil mass fraction in different range of pore size was calculated. The proportions of floating oil, dispersing oil, emulsifying oil and dissolving oil measured by this method in produced water from an oilfield are 41.38% , 41.72% , 6.90% and 10.00% respectively. Compared with infrared spectrophotometry, the relative errors are less than 5%. Owing to its simpleness, speediness, exactitude and low cost, the new testing method can provide basis for selecting treatment process of oilfield produced water and assessing treatment effect.
