摘要
目的研究地衣植物云南肺衣(Lobaria yunnanensis Yoshim)的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和高效液相等色谱技术分离纯化化学成分,通过理化性质和波谱数据确证其结构。结果从地衣植物中分离得到5个酚类化合物:苔黑酚羧酸(orsellinic acid,Ⅰ)、苔黑酚羧酸乙酯(ethyl orsellinate,Ⅱ)、苔黑酚(3,5-dihydroxytoluene,Ⅲ)、茶渍衣酸(lecanoric acid,Ⅳ)和苔色酸(gyrophoricacid,Ⅴ)。结论5个化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Chinese lichen Lobaria yunnanensis.METHODS Various chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and purify the constituents and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral evidence together with physiochemical properties.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated from the plant and identified as orsellinic acid(Ⅰ),ethyl orsellinate(Ⅱ),3,5-dihydroxytoluene(Ⅲ),lecanoric acid(Ⅳ) and gyrophoric acid(Ⅴ),respectively.CONCLUSION All these compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
