摘要
网络强弱关系被视为影响企业技术创新的重要因素,然而学术界对于何种强度的关系更有利于技术创新尚无定论。文章在以往研究的基础上,构建了网络强弱关系对技术创新影响的理论框架,并结合我国上市公司海正药业50年来的技术创新经验进行了实证分析,得出以下结论:强弱关系与技术创新模式存在耦合性,弱关系因为低成本和低信息冗余度两个特点能够提供丰富的异质性信息,有利于探索式创新;强关系通过企业间的信任传递复杂知识,有利于利用式创新。并且从动态角度来看,企业网络的强弱关系与技术创新模式之间呈现协同演化的特征,关系强度的动态变化会影响技术创新模式,企业选择不同的技术创新模式也需要网络关系强度进行相应的转变。
The strength of network tie is regarded as the key factor of affecting enterprise's technological innovation, but in academic world, it's an open question that which kind of tie strength is more favorable for technological innovation. Based on past research, this paper constructs a theoretical framework exhibiting the effectiveness of tie strength to technological innovation, and combines with the Hisun's experience of 50-year technological innovation to roach the conclusion: there exists coupling relationship between the tie strength and the mode of technological innovation, weak tie is beneficial for exploration innovation because low cost and low information redundancy can provide abundant heterogeneity information, meanwhile, strong tie is beneficial for exploitation innovation because enterprise can transfer complicated knowledge by trust. Furthermore, from the dynamic point of view, there also exists the feature of synchrony evolving between the strength of network tie and the mode of technological innovation, namely, the choosing technological innovation is varied with the tie strength and vice versa.
