复方乳腺康膏治疗奶牛乳房炎临床试验观察

Clinical Observation on the Experiment in Treatment of Dairy Cow's Mastitis with Fufang-Ruxiankang Sticking Plaster

本试验进行了复方乳腺康膏对奶牛临床型和隐性乳房炎的疗效观察。结果表明,该药对奶牛临床型和隐性乳房炎的治愈率分别为95.21%和95.73%,高于对照药物如意金黄膏。经定期抽取奶样进行乳品质量检测,复方乳腺康膏比如意金黄膏更能快速、有效地提高牛奶品质,说明复方乳腺康膏对奶牛临床型和隐性乳房炎都具有较好的疗效。

The curative effect of Fufang-Ruxiankang （RXK） sticking plaster was observed for clinical and subclinical dairy cow＇ s mastitis in this experiment. The experiment cycle was 60 days. The cure rate of RXK sticking plaster was 95.21% for clinical mastitis and 95.73% for subclinical mastitis,which is higher than positive control medicine Ruyi-Jinghuang（JH） paster. The milk sample was collected regularity and its quality was detected. The result showed that RXK sticking plaster could increase the milk quality faster and more effective than JH paster, indicating that RXK sticking plaster possessed better efficacy for clinical and subclinical mastitis.
