摘要
目的探讨如何加强基层医院的输血管理工作。方法从日常工作中存在的问题进行有针对性分析,探求有利于输血工作规范化管理的措施。结论增强医院管理人员对输血工作的重视,制定完善的管理制度和建立有效的应急保障机制,对保障医患双方安全和科学合理用血有着积极的意义。
Objective Discuss how to enhance blood transfusion management work by primary hospital. Method Come into selective analysis from remaining problems in daily work. Research the control to the standardized management favorable to trafisfusion work. ConclusionPay much attention to hospital administrator for transfusion work. Draw up the perfect management＇s system , build effective emergency and guarantee mechanism. It has the active meaning to ensure both doctors and patients, to conduct use blood by scientific and reasonable.
