摘要
通过对高硫型铝土矿多元素正交试验结果的极差和方差分析,研究氧化铝和硫溶出率与各因素之间的关系,确定溶出最佳条件。结果表明,温度260℃,碱浓度195g/L,石灰添加量12%,时间50min为溶出最佳条件。在此条件下,氧化铝溶出率不低于88%,硫的溶出率不高于13%。
The relationship of the leaching rate of Al2O3 and sulfur from Bauxite with high-sulfur content from Guizhou of China with synthetic factors is investigated and the optimal leaching condition is determined by result analysis of multi-factors orthogonal experiments by variance and range. The optimal condition derived from the experimental data and the analysis is leacing-temperature 260℃, alkai-consistency 195g/L, CaO dosage 12 % and leaching-time 50min. In the optimum condition, the leaching rate of Al2O3 is not lower than 88 % and that the sulfur is not higher than 13 %.
