摘要
培养创新人才已经成为世界高等教育界共同的价值追求,其不仅是理论问题,更是重要的实践课题。高校建立或构筑创新人才培养模式内涵的根本目标是培养创新人才,至少应包括创新人才的培养模式和人才成长环境两大部分。我国高校在培养创新人才方面目前仍存在认识层面、制度层面、办学层面的问题。通过对电子科技大学教学实践的总结,对高校创新人才培养模式进行了探讨。提出要改变教育观念,树立创新人才培养的新理念;调整专业结构,构建多学科交融的学科专业环境;完善课程体系促进学生知识、能力、素质协调发展;完善学分制管理模式,促进学生共性与个性的协调发展;积极探索研究型教学模式,将科研引入教学。
Producing innovative talents has become a universal aim in the pursuit of value in institutions of higher learning around the world. It is a theoretical issue and a significant practical issue as well. This paper discusses the guiding spirit and principles in producing innovative talents and analyzes some problems which colleges and universities in our country have encountered in this respect. And based on the teaching practice of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, this paper makes an exploration of innovative talent producing mode in colleges and Universities.
