摘要 产品开发过程综合优化是从时间、质量、成本、服务、环保的角度来提高产品开发的综合能力.本文首先论述了产品开发过程优化的研究现状,分析了产品开发过程优化中存在的问题,从而提出了产品开发过程综合优化的基本原则,并试图从产品开发管理的角度探讨综合优化模型. Integrated optimization of product development process means to improve the product development capability from angles such as time, quality, cost, service and environment. The status quo of optimizing product development is stated firstly in this paper. Problems in the due process are then analyzed. The fundamental prin- ciples of integrated optimization of product development process are put forward. Finally, attempts to establish a management framework for the integrated optimization are made.
