摘要
在龙岩市人力资源调查的基础上,选取龙岩市7个县级行政单位的总人数、就业人数、卫生机构、普通高等学校在校生数等15个指标,运用综合评价法和聚类分析法对人力资源进行评价,并对结果进行了分析。
Based on the investigation on Longyan＇s human resources, this paper makes the evaluation on the human resources by selecting 15 indexes of seven county-level administrative units including the total population, the quantity of employment, the public health service, and the students of common colleges and universities, etc. and by using the comprehensive evaluation and clustering analysis, and analyzes the results.
