摘要
对国产芳纶Ⅲ/环氧及F-12/环氧复合材料的力学性能,与绝热层材料的相容性、3个热常数、微观断裂形貌等进行了系统地测试、比对和分析。结果表明,芳纶Ⅲ复合材料的抗弯曲、压缩、剪切和横向拉伸性能均低于相应的F-12复合材料,但具有优越的抗纵向拉伸强度,其抗纵向拉伸强度比F-12复合材料高约13.9%;芳纶复合材料与丁腈橡胶的抗两板剪切性能略高于芳纶复合材料与三元乙丙橡胶的抗两板剪切性能。总体上来说,芳纶复合材料属于隔热性能较好的材料,但其抗剪性能、纵向抗压性能较差。SEM可观察到芳纶复合材料破坏断口呈"皮芯"抽离和纤维撕裂的破坏特征。
In this study, mechanical properties, three heat constants and microscopic fracture as well as compatibility with the insulator of the chinese aramid fiberⅢ/epoxy composites and F-12/epoxy composites were tested, compared and analyzed. Experimental results show that flexural properties, compressive properties, shearing properties and transverse tenlile properties of the composites containing aramid fibre Ⅲ are lower than those containing F-12 fibre. However, longitudinal tensile strength of the former are 13.9 % higher than that of the latter, The two plates'shearing property between aramid composite and nitrile-butadiene rubber are slightly higher than that of between aramid composite and ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber. On the whole, the aramid fibre composites seemed to exhibit good heat insulation property, but their longitudinal compressive and shearing properties were low. The fracture surface observed wnder SEM revealed the unique characteristic of faiture of the aramid composites by peeling of the fibre skin and/or the fibre being torn.
