摘要
首先介绍了双块式无砟轨道的结构组成和特点,然后对各部分结构作了介绍说明。其次还对混凝土配合比设计和结构连接设计作了介绍,指出减少水泥用量、增加粉煤灰用量、降低砂的用量和增大碎石用量的混凝土配合比设计是防止裂纹产生和发展的有效措施。最后对双块式无砟轨道总体的施工工艺过程、施工步骤和施工中应注意的问题进行了详细的介绍。
In this paper, the structure composition and characters of the Bi-block Slab Track are first introduced. Then the structure of each part is explained in detail. Concrete mix design and joint design of structure are introduced as well, pointing out that concrete mix design of reducing the cement content, increasing the dosage of fly ash, reducing the content of sand and increasing the amount of gravel are effective measures for preventing crack initiation and growth. In the end, constructing techniques, procedure and several problems in the construction of the Bi-block Slab Track that call for attention are analyzed in detail.
