河南省居民失能调整期望寿命分析

Analysis of Disability Adjusted Life Expectancy in Henan Habitants

目的了解河南省居民失能程度及失能对河南省居民健康影响。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取河南省居民3000人,利用WHO《家庭健康调查问卷》调查河南省居民失能情况。结果河南省2005年各年龄组人群以轻度失能为主,随年龄的增加,失能率及失能的严重程度都随之上升;0岁组因失能损失的期望寿命为8.96岁;65岁前,失能对女性造成的期望寿命的减少要高于男性。结论失能是影响河南省居民健康的一个重要因素,要加强老年人群及女性健康的促进工作,减少失能的发生。

Objective To ascertain the disability situation and it＇ s affection on the health of the population in Henan province, Methods Multi-stage stratified clustering sampling methods was used to get the sample of 3 000 residents. The questionnaire of house survey on the health de-signed by World Health Organization was used as the instruments of the research. Results Most of the people in each age group had low grade disability, but the prevalence of the disability and the severity degree increased with the age. Disability life expectancy of the 0 age group was 8.96, the affection of the disability on the female was more serious than that on the male before 65 years old. Conclusion Disability is an important influencing fac- tor for the health of the people, we should strengthen the measures and the policy to promote the health of the female and the old in order to reduce the incidence of the disability.
