低温射频减容术治疗下鼻甲肥大的远期疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价应用双极射频治疗下鼻甲肥大,改善鼻腔通气,保护鼻腔功能的长期效果。方法对57例下鼻甲肥大患者,鼻内镜下用双极射频治疗系统施行下鼻甲射频减容术,术后随访12个月。术前和术后进行鼻塞症状的VAS评分和鼻内镜检查,观察鼻腔通气程度的改善及下鼻甲黏膜的恢复情况。结果54例患者自觉鼻塞症状获得改善,随访12个月,患者术前和术后鼻塞症状VSA评分及鼻内镜检查评分有显著性差异(P<0.01)。全部病例无手术并发症发生。结论鼻内镜下用双极射频系统治疗下鼻甲肥大疗效确切、创伤小、准确度高,较以往其他方式具有优势。但对下鼻甲骨性肥大不适用。 Objective To evaluate the long-term effect of radiofrequency volumetric tissue reduction (RFVTR) in the treatment of inferior turbinate hypertrophy. Methods RFVTR under nasal endoscope was applied to 57 patients with inferior turbinate hypertrophy. All the patients were followed up for 12 months postoperatively. Visual analog scale (VAS) and nasal endoscopic examination were carried out to all cases before and 12 months after operation. Results Nasal obstruction was relieved in most patients (54/57 ) at 12 months after treatment. The VAS and nasal endoscopic examination showed significant differences between the results before operation and those of 12 months after operation. Conclusion RFVTR is an effective alternative for the treatment of nasal obstruction due to inferior turbinate hypertrophy, but inapplicable to bony hypertrophy of the inferior turbinate.
