摘要
在电力工业市场化的过程中,省级电力市场普遍采用中长期合同的交易方式。在年度合同电量交易完成后,需要在月市场中将月度合同电量分解到本月各日。分解结果直接影响系统的安全经济运行以及日前市场的电量交易。针对该问题,提出了一种切实可行的火电机组月度合同电量分解算法。该方法兼顾了电网调度的公平性和经济性,综合考虑了机组月度检修计划调整、合同电量的滚动修正、发电与负荷之间的平衡、最大/最小发电量约束等因素。以该算法为核心成功地开发了电网经济调度系统,并且利用甘肃电网数据验证了其实用性和有效性。
With the development of power industry, medium and long term contract volume bidding mode is widely used in provincial power markets. When the yearly contract bidding is accomplished, the monthly contract volume should be decomposed to each day to get the daily generation scheduling. The results directly affect the security and economic of power system, even the bidding of day-ahead market. To overcome this problem, a practical resolution method is proposed to implement monthly contract volume for thermal power units. From the perspective of impartiality and economy of the grid power dispatch, the regulation of monthly maintenance schedule, the rolling amendment of contract volume, the balance between generation and load, the maximal/minimum power generation are considered. The economic dispatch system is successfully exploited based on the proposed algorithm. The data from Gansu grid is simulated to prove its feasibility and availability.
