摘要 茶氨酸是茶叶中的特征氨基酸,具有保护神经细胞、增强免疫能力、降血压、协助抗癌等一系列药理作用.综述了茶氨酸的主要制备方法化学合成法、从茶叶中直接提取分离法和生物合成法等的研究进展. Theanine is a special free amino acid in tea, which has many important positive physiological fuctions. In this paper, the preparation methods including chemical synthesis, extract and separation from tea extracts and biosynthesis were summarized.
