关于提高苏北乡镇卫生院医疗服务质量的探究

通过对苏北乡镇卫生院医疗服务质量的分析得出,由于人力、财力和卫生服务质量监督评价体系等方面原因,使得苏北乡镇卫生院医疗服务质量不能满足病患的需求。应在统筹规划的前提下从加强人才培养和引进、加大财政投入和完善卫生服务质量监督评价体系3方面采取措施,促使苏北乡镇卫生院医疗服务质量得以改进,为乡镇卫生院更好地为农村居民健康服务提供参考。

Quality is the lifeline of the hospital medical services, medical technology and the high quality of medical service are the hospital＇ s survival in the world. By analyzing the present service quality condition of rural township hospitals in North of Jiangsu Province, it is reach the conclusion of the problem in medical service quality of the rural township hospitals. And the way of improving on medical service quality for rural township hospitals are put forward. It will be helpful rural health quality and the realization of equitable medical services by hygienic resource reallocation.
