乳腺癌与良性病变钼靶X线表现的比较

Differences of mammographic characteristics of breast cancers and benign breast diseases

目的比较乳腺癌与常见良性病变的X线表现,提高对乳腺病变尤其是乳腺癌的诊断水平。方法以恶性钙化、大导管相、漏斗征、皮肤增厚、血管增粗增多为研究对象,比较乳腺癌及乳腺良性病变的X线表现的不同。结果恶性钙化、大导管相、漏斗征、皮肤增厚、血管增粗增多为乳腺癌的较特异征象,可与良性病变作出鉴别。结论乳腺钼靶摄影检查能清晰显示乳腺癌的各种征象,是诊断乳腺癌的有价值的检查方法。

Objective To study mammographic characteristics of breast cancers and common benign diseases of breast.Methods Breast cancers were compared with benign diseases of breast by studying some typical signs,including malignant calcification,dilated duct,＂funnel＂,skin thickening,abnormal vessels.Results Malignant calcification,dilated duct,＂funnel＂,skin thickening,abnormal vessels were special signs of breast cancers,which were different from benign breast diseases.Conclusion Mammogram is an efficient examination to diagnose and differ breast cancers and benign breast diseases.
