摘要
第2代居民身份证个人化信息膜的防静电涂层容易吸水潮解,影响证件的粘合力。为避免这种现象的发生,采用了防潮纸、干燥剂、3层塑料膜和纸盒、纸箱的包装方式,并测试了这种包装形式的防水性,从测试结果推算及实际使用过程证明这种包装方式能够满足运输、存储、使用环境中的要求。
The antistatic layer of the personal data film of China's second-generation resident ID cards is deliquescent easily, and it has poor bonding strength to the ID card. We use moisture resistant paper, desiccant, three layer plastic film and cardboard boxes to avoid this happen. We obtained good results from waterproof test of the package. It was showed that this kind of package is suitable for transportation, storage, and manufacture process.
