摘要
主要研究了常用脫墨剂及其脫墨工艺条件对废纸脫墨效果的影响,通过优化试验确定脫墨剂的最佳用量和脫墨工艺条件。试验表明:应用HC脫墨剂可得到较好的脱墨效果(脱墨后浆的白度有58.58%ISO)。其脱墨时的最佳工艺条件为:碎浆条件:脫墨剂用量为0.1%(质量分数,后同),浓度10%(质量分数,后同),温度55℃,时间20m in;熟化条件:浓度10%,温度55℃,时间30m in;浮选条件:脫墨剂用量为0.2%,浓度1.0%,温度55℃,时间7m in,pH值为8.0。
The effect of four deinking chemicals in wastepaper deinking process was studied, and the optimum condition of wastepaper deinking was also presented. The results showed that the HC deinking agent is good ( deinking pulp whiteness achieved 58% ISO ). Optimal deinking condition of wastepaper is as follows: fractured pulp conditions: deinking agent 0. 1%, pulp consistency 10%, temperature 55℃, time 20min ; reaction conditions : pulp consistency 10%, temperature 55 ℃, time 30min ; flotation conditions : deinking agent: 0.2%, pulp consistency 1.0%, temperature 55℃, time 7min, pH 8.0.
