电针治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察

Clinical observation on electric acupuncture therapy for treating gonarthritis

【目的】探讨电针治疗老年性膝骨关节炎临床疗效的方法。【方法】将50例患者随机分为两组,治疗组25例,针刺犊鼻、鹤顶、梁丘、阳陵泉、阴陵泉加用G6805型电针治疗仪;对照组25例,采用单纯针刺治疗,穴位同治疗组。两组均每日治疗1次,以12次为1疗程,经2个疗程治疗后,比较疗效结果。【结果】治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为94.6%与82.9%,有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。【结论】电针治疗老年膝骨关节炎有较好的临床疗效,明显优于单纯针刺治疗。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of electric acupuncture on treating seni/e gonarthritis. [Methads] Fifty patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group. One group was treated by electric acupuncture at Tupi, Heting, Liangchiu, Yanglingchuan and Yinlingchuan of the patient plus Models-G6805 treating equipment acupuncturing, and the control, group of 25 cases by simple acupuncture at the same aeupoints as in the treatment group. In the two groups, the treatment was given once a day, 12 sessions constituting one therapeutic course. After treatment of two courses, their therapeutic effects were compared. [Results] The total effective rate was 94.6% （treatment group） and 82.9% （control group） respectively, and the difference was very significant （ P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusiom] Electric acupuncture treatment for gonarthritis of the aged has better therapeutic effect than the simple acupuncture therapy.
