摘要
旧沥青混凝土路面的再生工艺是将旧沥青路面经过翻挖、回收、破碎、筛分后,与再生剂、新沥青材料、新集料等按一定比例重新拌和,使之能够满足一定的路用性能。该工艺能够节约大量的沥青、砂石等原材料,同时有利于处理废料、保护环境。详细介绍了沥青再生的机理,并从稳定材料、机械配置、施工工艺等方面着重研究了现场冷再生施工工艺,对沥青路面的维修和改建起到一定的指导作用。
The old asphalt concrete pavement regeneration process is remixing the old asphalt pavement with regeneration, new asphalt materials by a certain percentage after digging up, recovery, crushing, screening, so that it can meet the desire of the road and can save a lot of asphalt, gravel and other raw materials, it is also conducive to dealing with waste and protect the environment. This paper describes the mechanism of asphalt renewable, and studies the cold renewable construction technology from stability, mechanical configuration, construction technology and other areas, it plays a guiding role in the maintenance and alterations of asphalt pavement.
