摘要
介绍在一种流量仪表结构中Q-235和1Cr18Ni9Ti异种金属材料的焊接工艺方法。通过分析Q-235和1Cr18Ni9Ti的可焊性与焊接特点及其共焊时易出现的问题,提出相应的措施,确定合理的焊接工艺,得到良好的焊件机械性能。
A welding method of different metal materials - Q - 235 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti in a flowmeter structure was introduced. Through analyzing the weldability and the welding features of Q - 235 and 1Crl8Ni9Ti, the common emerging problems when they are welded, comes up with the corresponding measures and creates a reasonable welding method, it can grant the welding unit excellent mechanical performance.
