摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定脑血栓片中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为迪马C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈—水(14:86);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:230nm。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.2432~1.2160μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率=98.6%,RSD=1.8%。结论:该法简便准确,重现性好,可作为脑血栓片质量控制的依据之一。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin content in Naoxueshuan tablet. Methods: HPLC was used with the Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm) , Acetonitrile - water ( 14: 86) as mobile phase, flow rate 1.0 mL/min. The detective wave- length was 230 nm. Results: It had a good linearity within 0.2432~1. 2160μg for paeoniflorin. The average recoveries was 98.6% ( n = 5 ) and relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.8%. Conclusion: This method is specific with actuate and reliable results ,which can be used to control the quality of the products effectively.
