摘要
航空制造过程供应环节繁多,物料供应管理困难。本文总结了航空制造企业物料管理的主要特征,分析了条形码技术在物料管理中的应用现状;针对航空制造企业物料管理特点,提出了以成附件管理为核心的条形码应用方案,该方案实用性强,可以满足国内航空企业现状的需要,提高航空成附件的管理水平。
The characteristics of the aeronautical manufacture process are complex.It is difficult to manage material supply.Bar code has been widely used in commercial industry as a mature auto identification technology with low price.This paper proposes the application framework of the bar code in aeronautical enterprise.The proposed framework could improve the control capability of production process and ensuring products quality.
