摘要
目的探讨消毒供应中心对全医院再生医疗器械实施集中式处理的优势。方法以目前采用集中式处理模式的消毒供应中心专职人员器械清洗小组和包装小组作为集中组(试验组),以从全院45个临床科室当中选出的在2001年2月—2003年5月期间采用分散式处理模式的15个科室作为分散组(对照组),通过收集和分析目前集中组和在2001年2月—2003年5月期间采用分散式处理模式的分散组分别在人力资源的使用率,灭菌物品质量控制的合格率(器械清洗和物品包装以及生物检测),以及在医院实施集中式处理模式的前后年份里,消毒供应中心相关人员的锐器伤发生案例数量,分析再生医疗器械集中式处理的优势与挑战。结果集中式处理上述4个方面的检测数据均明显好于分散式处理,集中式处理人力资源使用率高于分散式处理;灭菌物品质量控制的合格率均达到100%,与分散式处理灭菌物品质量控制合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);消毒剂的成本支出明显少于分散式处理;再生医疗器械处理过程中锐器伤发生案例数量明显减少。结论消毒供应中心对全医院再生医疗器械实施集中式处理模式,可以充分利用供应室人力资源,提高医院消毒供应的工作质量;提升相关人员的职业防护;降低医院感染风险;减少消毒供应工作的运作成本。
Objective To investigate the advantages of collective treatment of renewable medical instruments at the central sterilization and supply department. Methods The staff specialized in clearing and packing the instruments were set as experimental group. 15 clinic departments selected from 45 clinic departments of the hospital were put into control group, adopting dispersing treatment mode during February 2001 to May 2003. The use rate of human resources and the qualification rate of sterilized articles during the study, and the cases of sharp instrument injury in the years before and after performance of collective treatment mode were investigated and analyzed to summarize the advantages and challenges in the collective treatment of the instruments. Results The collective treatment mode was better than the dispersing mode in the above-mentioned four items: the rate of using human resources by collective treatment was larger than by dispersing treatment; the qualification rate reached 100%, with significant difference from that by dispersing treatment (P〈0.05); the cost for disinfecting agents by the collective mode was lower than that by the dispersing mode; the cases of sharp instrument injury were fewer than those by the dispersing mode. Conclusion The collective treatment mode handled by the central sterilization and supply department is advantageous in making full use of the personnel in the department, increasing the quality of hospital sterilization and supply, enhancing their sense of occupation prevention, decreasing the risk of nosocomial infections, and reducing the cost from sterilization and supply.
