摘要
按传统剥油法获取成年野生林蛙和成年圈养林蛙输卵管并进行营养成分比较分析。结果表明:圈养林蛙蛙油中粗脂肪的质量分数是野生林蛙蛙油的2.7倍,必需氨基酸比例和必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸质量分数之比(E/N)分别为野生林蛙蛙油的113.18%和129.41%,蛙油中Zn的质量分数为95.577×10-6是野生林蛙蛙油中(24.586×10-6)的3.9倍,Cu的质量分数由0.409×10-6提高到0.637×10-6,Mn的质量分数由20.488×10-6降低到17.841×10-6;但野生林蛙蛙油的总磷脂和胆固醇质量分数分别为圈养林蛙蛙油对应指标的119.5%和125.8%;野生林蛙蛙油的多糖质量分数是圈养林蛙蛙油的108.78%。
An experiment was conducted to study the nutrient components of oviducts from pen-reared and wild adult northeast brown frog (Rana dybowskii) treated traditionally to get the oviduct. Results showed that the crude fat content in the oviductus ranae from the pen-reared frog was 2.7 times as much as that of the wild, and the total relative content of essential amino acids and the ratio of essential amino acids to non-essential amino acids for the oviductus ranae from the pen-reared frogs were 13.18% and 29.41% higher than those of the oviductus ranae from the wild frogs respectively. The contents of Zn and Cu in the oviductus ranae from the pen-reared frogs were 3.9 times and 1.6 times as much as those from the wild frogs, while the content of Mn was 14. 8% lower. The total phospholipids and cholesterol of the oviductus ranae from the wild frogs were 19.5% and 25.8% higher and the content of total polysaccharides was 8.78% higher than those from the pen-reared frogs.
