摘要
目的研究晚红瓦松全草的化学成分。方法采用柱层析(CC)对晚红瓦松植物中的提取物进行分离提纯,并利用现代波谱方法分析鉴定,确定化合物的结构。结果从该植物的甲醇提取物中分离出4个化合物,它们的结构分别鉴定为:木栓醇(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、三十二烷酸(4)。结论化合物1-4均为首次从该植物中分离获得。
Objective To study chemical constituents of orostachys erudeseens. Methods The compounds were isolated by means of silica gel column chromatography (CC) and elucidated by spectroscopic experiments. Results Four compounds were obtained and established as friedelinol ( 1 ), β-sitosterol ( 2 ), oleanolie acid ( 3 ) and laceeroie acid ( 4 ). Conclusion Compounds 1 - 4 have been isolated from this plant for the first time.
