摘要
针对传统故障诊断方法存在知识库维护困难、模型复杂、计算量大的缺点,提出了一种基于可拓理论的故障诊断方法.该方法应用物元概念建立了故障诊断对象定性描述的物元模型,利用关联函数定量计算待测对象对于每一种故障模式的关联程度,进而判断可能的故障模式,同时给出了可拓诊断算法的详细流程并验证了可拓诊断方法的有效性.实验结果表明,基于可拓集的故障诊断算法模型简单,诊断结果准确,可以在实际应用中发挥积极作用.
Pointing at difficult knowledge maintaining, complex modeling, and mass calculating existed in traditional fault diagnose method, a extension theory based fault diagnose method is put forward. In this method, qualitative description of matter element model is built applying conception of matter element firstly, then dependent degree of unknown object with each fault pattern is calculated quantitative with dependent function, and fault pattern is judged with the calculated dependent degree. Detailed diagnose algorithmic process is provided, and Validity of the method is verified. Experiment result indicates that extension set based fault diagnose method has advantage such as simple model, correct diagnose result, and can play significant performance in actual application.
