摘要
在未来市场的发展和竞争中,我国在创新人才培养上正面临着全方位的挑战。文章通过对人才培养模式演变轨迹的探讨,以"美国竞争力计划"(ACI)为参照对比,提出了建立以快速满足学习者发展需要为基点,将教师资源的开发和利用作为关键,辅以教学团队的核心保障的创新型人才培养为组织特征的组织模式。
In future developing and competitive market, China is facing the all round challenge of cultivation for innovative talents. Through the discussion of the process of cultivating model, and compared with ACI (American Competitiveness Initiative), the author structured the management model of cultivating the balanced talents, based on meeting urgent needs of the learners development,focused on the exploration and utilization of teachers' resources, and assisted with the guarantee of teaching and learning group.
