面向离散型制造企业库存管理系统的设计与实现

Realization and Design of Inventory Management System for Discrete Manufacturers

文章针对离散型制造企业存在的库存问题,结合某减速机制造公司的库存管理的特点,利用ABC分类法,对库存进行分类,根据分类的情况分析库存管理系统流程,然后对库存管理系统进行总体设计,采用C/S,B/S相结合的体系结构,组成离散型制造企业库存管理系统的网络。通过这种策略使离散制造企业降低了库存成本,提高了企业的核心竞争力。

This essay is concerned with the inventory problem of discrete manufactures combining with the inventory management of characteristic a reducer manufactures, using ABC method to classified the inventory, based on this classified analysis the process in inventory management system then carries on the general sys- tern design to the inventory management system, the inventory management system of discrete manufactures was then designed introducing the system architecture consisting of both C/S and B/S. Through using this strategy in discrete manufactures inventory management can finally cut down the inventory cost, improve the central competence.
