Approach to the construction and management of ecological residential quarters in Chongqing

生态住宅是当今小区发展的一个趋势,是实施可持续发展战略的重要途径。本文从对生态住宅小区在规划设计、施工、小区环境管理及提高居民可持续发展意识等方面加以分析,讨论在小区建设与管理中注意的问题和应采取相应的措施。

Ecological residence is becoming the trend in today＇s development of residential quarters. It is an important approach to putting sustainable development strategy into practice. Based on the aspects of planning , design, construction, environmental management and improvement of residents＇ sustainable development strategy consciousness concerning ecological residence, this paper focused on the problems which should be paid attention to in the construction and management of the quarters and the measures which should be taken to solve these problems.
