摘要
目的:调查分析大同市卫生人力资源配置现状,剖析其存在的问题,为大同市开展区域卫生规划、合理配置卫生人力资源、制定卫生人力发展规划提供科学依据。方法:采用普查的方法,对2006年大同市卫生人力构成进行描述性分析。结果:大同市卫生人力资源总量供需基本平衡,但分布不合理,城乡差距较大(农村卫生人员数量明显不足);总体素质偏低(农村尤为明显)。建议:进行区域卫生规划,合理调整卫生人力资源分布,适当增加护理人员数量,提高卫生人力整体素质,重定医学教育方向。
Objective To investigate the status quo of health manpower resource (HMR) of Datong city, and to provide scientific evidences and suggestions on the HMR plan for policy-makers. Methods The descriptive study of epidemics was used in analyzing structure of HMP in 2006. Results The total quantity of HMP was sufficient, yet the distribution was illogical. The non-balance between city and country was obvious. The educational level of health manpower was relatively low. Conclusion We should carry out district health plan, make further efforts to strengthen the work of cultivating in the medical talents, allocate the medical resources reasonably under the health manpower developing strategy. The educational level of health manpower should to be promoted.
