摘要
构建了我国农业机械化发展效应测度的ICOE指标体系,应用全局密切值法对我国各省、市、自治区农业机械化发展效应进行测度。根据测度结果将全国各省、市、自治区农业机械化发展效应划分为A、B、C3个等级,并分析了2004、2006年各省、市、自治区农业机械化发展效应变化的原因。
A evaluation index system of ICOE was set up for development effect of agricultural mechanization, and global method of osculating value was applied to evaluate development effect of agricultural mechanization in every province of China according to the evaluation results, the development effects were divided into 3 grades of A, B and C. The change reasons of agricultural mechanization development effect in 2004 and 2006 were analyzed finally.
