立体定向放射治疗原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的疗效评估

Evaluate the efficacy on X-knife treat primary central nervous system lymphoma

目的评价立体定向放射治疗（SRT）在原发性中枢系统淋巴瘤（PCNSL）治疗中的作用。方法回顾分析56例经病理证实的PCNSL，其中26例经常规放疗＋化疗治疗，30例经全脑放疗＋SRT＋化疗治疗。结果经统计学分析全脑放疗＋SRT＋化疗组在治疗疗效、治疗的不良反应等方面均好于常规放疗＋化疗组。结论SRT是治疗PCNSL的一种安全、可靠的方法．也是PCNSL联合治疗中有效的手段之一。

Objective To access the clinical efficacy for the patients with primary central nervous system lyrnphoma （PCNSL） treated by stereotactic radiotherapy. Method Review on fifty-six cases of PCNSL confirmed by pathological examination from January 1995 to December 2003, there include 26 cases treated by conventional radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and 30 cases treated by SRT which combined with whole brain irradiated and chemotherapy. Results In the clinical efficacy and treatment toxicity, the cases treated by conventional radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy were better than the cases treated by SRT which combined with whole brain irradiated and chemotherapy. Conclusions SRT is a safe and effective method for PCNSL , and is one of the most effective therapeutic modalities in muhimodality treatment of PCNSL.
