癌症治疗新思路:靶向肿瘤干细胞 被引量:2

摘要 肿瘤干细胞(cancer stem cell/tumor-initiating cell,CSC/TIC)是肿瘤组织中具有很强增殖能力、表现部分干细胞特性的细胞亚群,在肿瘤对放化疗抗性的产生和癌症的复发中起关键作用.目前用于靶向肿瘤干细胞的药物多为小分子抑制剂和融合蛋白.以溶瘤腺病毒为载体携带外源基因表达的新型治疗策略-病毒基因疗法,在各种抗癌方案中展现出明显的优势,对实体瘤表现出很好的疗效,将其应用于靶向肿瘤干细胞的治疗具有良好的发展前景.根据肿瘤干细胞维持自身功能所依赖的分子机制,人们制定了一系列行之有效的针对性治疗策略.本文就目前针对肿瘤干细胞的靶向性治疗的研究进展作一评述.
