摘要
介绍子装配体和装配通道函数的概念及其计算方法,给出基于装配通道函数和装配通道数的子装配体稳定性判别条件,且具有一定的通用性。通过对子装配体稳定性的判别可以有效地缩小装配顺序规划的可行解空间,提高装配顺序规划的质量和效率。
A concise assembly related matrix is established by the method of cut-set analyze. Based on assembly channels function and numbers of assembly channels, the degree of subassembly stability is given. By this approach, can effectively reduce the number of the assembly sequences, improve the quality of the generated assembly sequences.
