黄芪当归合剂治疗糖尿病肾病30例疗效观察

Huangqi Danggui Mixture for the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy:An Observation ot 30 Cases

目的:观察在西医治疗的基础上联合黄芪当归合剂治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组,对照组用常规西药治疗;治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用黄芪当归合剂治疗。结果:治疗组显效率45.16%,总有效率87.09%;对照组显效率20.00%,总有效率56.67%。显效率、总有效率治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后BUN、Scr、24h尿蛋白定量明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后Scr、24h尿蛋白定量比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后FBG、TC、TG均有明显的下降,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后TG比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪当归合荆结合西医治疗糖尿病肾病疗效显著,可降低尿蛋白、血脂,改善肾功能。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Huangqi Danggui Mixture (HDM)combined with western medicine for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods:Sixty DN patients were equally randomized into two groups:the control group received routine western medicine and the treatment group received HDM combined with western medicine. Results:The remarkably effective rate was 45.16% and the total ef- fective rate was 87.09% in the treatment group,and the remarkably effective rate was 20.00% and the total effective rate was 56.67% in the control group,the difference be- ing significant between the two groups(P<0.01). After treatment,blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine(SCr)and 24-hour urinary,protein were decreased in the treatment(P<0. 01),and the differences of SCr and 24-hour urinary protein were sig- nificant between the two groups(P<0. 05). Fasting blood glucose(FBG),total choles- terol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)in the two group were also decreased(P<0.01 com- pared with those before treatment). Conclusion:Huangqi Danggui Mixture combined with western medicine is effective for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy by decreasing the urinary,protein ad blood lipid,and by improving renal function.
