血栓性血小板减少性紫癜的临床分析:附17例报告 被引量：4

摘要 血栓性血小板减少性紫癜（TTP）是一种少见的微血管病变，起病急骤，病情复杂，误诊率高，早期诊断困难，死亡率高：现就我院2002年5月～2007年2月收治的17例患者分析如下。
