摘要
采用松堆丝光工艺对全棉织物进行处理。分析了松堆丝光工艺条件和特性,如烧碱浓度、作用时间、张力、浸碱温度和去碱对丝光的影响。实践证明,该工艺可应用于干、湿布丝光,烧碱浓度190g/L,三冲三吸,缩短流程;生产实践表明,经该工艺处理的织物,其尺寸稳定性、上染率均有提高,生产成本降低,并可实现节能减排。
Slack batching mercerization of cotton fabric was carried out, factors exerting influence on mercerizing results were discussed, such as concentration of caustic soda, action time and tension, impregnation time and lye removal, economic effi- ciency was analyzed. Practical application showed that mercerization both in wet and dry state was available with caustic soda 190 g/L and three-overflow-three-suction. This process featured shortened cycle, better dimension stability, dye yield and product quality, as well as lowered cost and burden on wastewater treatment.
