摘要
从澳洲白千层中提取的精油(茶树油)具有良好的抑菌能力,在果蔬天然防腐保鲜剂的开发应用中具有良好的前景。研究不同浓度的茶树油对芭蕉炭疽菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制效果,结果表明:茶树油显著性抑制菌丝生长,且分生孢子内部构造也发生了改变,茶树油浓度为0.05%(体积分数)时对芭蕉炭疽菌抑制效果最好。
Essential oil of Melaleuca alternifolia have shown strong antimicrobial activity and exhibited important prospect in exploitation of natural fungicides. In the paper, a study was made about the effect of tea tree oil with different concentration on C.musae on banana. It found that tea tree oil had remarkable inhibiting effect on the growth of mycelium and changed the structure inside, and it had perfect inhibiting effect with the density 0.05 %(v/v).
