摘要
主要研究具有Sinc函数相关随机表面及其光散射特性.首先提出了该类表面的自相关函数,模拟产生随机表面,获得了此类随机表面样本,并对该类表面的光散射轮廓进行了数值计算.在一定的表面参量设定下,数值计算了部分入射角的随机表面散射轮廓,并对其入射角比较大和比较小时进行了特性分析.
The random surface with sinc - correlation of height function and light scattering are studied primarily. The self- correlation with Sinc function is present, and the random surface with this self- correlation is simulative produced. The ensemble average of the specimen of this kind of random surface is obtained by calculating, and the scattering profiles of the random surface can be deduced. With certain parameters of the surface, the practical scattering profiles with the different angle of incidence are calcuated, and then the scattering properties are discussed.
